1. Cancellation before 15 Days

If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you are eligible for a 100% refund. We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility for our guests while managing our reservation commitments.

2. Cancellation before 10 Days

For cancellations made between 10 and 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund will be provided. This allows for a partial refund, recognizing the advanced notice given and the potential impact on our reservation availability.

3. Cancellation 5 Days

Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for any refund. This policy is in place to account for the significant impact late cancellations can have on our ability to accommodate other guests.

4. No Show means No Refund

In the event of a no-show, where a guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and does not provide notice of cancellation, the full period charge will be incurred. No refund will be provided for no-shows.

5. Early Departure implies No Refund

For guests who depart earlier than the originally booked period, the full booking amount will be charged. Early departures result in unoccupied rooms for the reserved duration, impacting our ability to accommodate other guests. No refund will be provided for early departures.
