We believe every stay should feel like home - just with a bit more luxury and a lot less stress. Whether you’re here for a quick weekend or an extended getaway, these are a few things we’d like you to know before you pack your bags. Our policies are designed to keep things smooth and fair for everyone.
Extra Person Policy: Because We Know Family Comes First
We absolutely love hosting families, big or small. Here's how it works if you’re bringing your little ones - or a few extra people along for the fun:
- Kids below 6 years? You're good to go! No extra cost—they’re welcome to stay, free of charge.
- Children between 6–12 years old? We’ll charge only 25% of the room rate for them.
- Kids above 12 years or extra adults joining you? If you’ve got an extra guest over 12 years old, we simply add 35% to the room tariff. Easy and straightforward.
We know how much goes into planning a family getaway. If you’re bringing along extra guests, just let us know early - we’ll make sure your room’s prepped and perfect for all.
Important Stay Notes – Know Before You Go
Here are some important things to remember so you can get the most of your stay:
- Calculated for two occupancy, the rates you see are per night.
- Weekends call for proper rest. That’s why we’ve set a two-night minimum stay—so you can actually slow down. A one-night respite, in our opinion, is just insufficient to reboot!
- Our regular pricing do not apply on long weekends or during holiday seasons. During specific periods, expect exclusive prices and packages.
- The same goes for Christmas & New Year holidays — it's our peak time, so pricing and availability may be different.
We always try to be transparent with our rates, because nobody likes surprise charges at checkout.
Cancellation Policy – Life Happens, We Get It
Plans change, and we totally understand. Here's how our cancellation charges work:
- Cancel 15 days before your arrival? There is no cancellation charge, so don't worry.
- Cancel between 10 to 15 days before check-in? We’ll retain 50% of your total booking amount.
- Cancel within 10 days of your stay? Sadly, we’ll need to keep 100% of the booking amount as a retention charge.
Our advice? Try to give us a heads-up as early as possible to avoid any fees and heartbreak.
Check-In & Check-Out – Timing Matters
We truly value your time—and just ask for the same in return. Before you pack your bags, read this.
- Check-in begins at 1:00 PM: Got here sooner than expected? It happens. If a room’s ready, it’s yours. If a room’s ready, it’s yours - no stress, no fuss. Just ask - we’ll try our best to make it happen.
- Check-out is by 10:30 AM: Not a fan of rushing out the door? Same here. No one likes feeling rushed. Need a bit more time? Just ask. If the room’s free, it’s all yours.
This helps us prep the space for the next guest, because everyone deserves a spotless welcome!
